Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all data linked to it at any time. This page is published because Google Play and the App Store require a way to delete your account that can also be reached outside the app.

In the app (fastest way)

• Open VerTrader and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap the Settings icon in the top right.
• Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the page and confirm.

By email

If you can't access the app, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address registered to your account to baris.sokmel1907@gmail.com. We will complete your request within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

• Your account, email address and display name
• Your ratings, level, XP and daily streak history
• Answer records for the puzzles you solved
• Your tournament entries and leaderboard records
• Your notification preferences

Data that is not deleted

Aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to your identity, such as how long a given puzzle takes to solve on average, continue to be kept. In addition, invoice/transaction records that must be retained by law are kept for the legally required period.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active Summit subscription, cancel it first: on the web from the orders page of your Whop account, in the mobile app from the subscriptions section of your App Store or Google Play account.
