By using the VerTrader app and the vertrader.com website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app.
1. Nature of the service — not investment advice
VerTrader is an education and practice app. The charts, scenarios, explanations and ratings in the app are created to teach technical analysis.
- No content constitutes trading advice, investment advisory services, portfolio management or a financial signal service.
- The app does not connect to any exchange, brokerage or bank account, and it does not place orders on your behalf.
- The charts in the puzzles are simulations: they are generated to behave like real markets and do not belong to any real date or real price movement. Instrument names (e.g. XAU/USD) only show which market a chart is modeled on.
- A high rating does not mean you will make a profit in real markets. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make in real markets.
2. Your account
- A valid email address is required to create an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out through it.
- Each person may use only one account. Opening multiple accounts to influence the rankings is prohibited.
3. Fair use and cheating
To keep the rating system honest, the use of automated tools or bots, reverse engineering of the app, and obtaining answers in bulk from outside sources are prohibited. If the app detects unusually fast or repetitive answer patterns, those answers may not count toward your rating. In cases of serious violations, the account may be suspended or closed.
4. Explorer (free) and Summit (premium)
- On the Explorer plan, you can solve 5 puzzles a day, progress through the first 4 camps of the climb and enter the Arena on a limited basis.
- The Summit subscription is offered at $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Prices may vary in local currency based on regional purchasing power and may be changed with prior notice; a change does not affect your current billing period.
- On the web, subscriptions are sold through our payment provider Whop: Whop is the merchant of record, issues the invoice, and your card details never reach us. In the mobile app, purchases go through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
- You can cancel at any time: on the web from the orders page of your Whop account (Profile → Manage subscription), in the mobile app from the relevant store. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of where you bought (Whop or the store).
5. Content rights
The puzzles, explanatory texts, images, brand and all of the software in the app belong to VerTrader. Except for personal, non-commercial use, they may not be copied or distributed, and no derivative works may be created from them.
6. Continuity of service
We try to provide the service without interruption, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures or third-party service outages. We reserve the right to change, add or remove features of the app.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, for loss of profit, or for losses resulting from investment decisions.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account from within the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in the event of a serious violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
